We were so busy before Christmas we never made it to see Shadows on the Teche to see it decorated for the Christmas season. We finally made it Dec 29th. It was a great tour.

There were plenty left so we peeled them all and Betty made delicious Crawfish fettuccine with crawfish salad the next night. Then last night she again made some great crawfish Jambalaya....Thanks Betty!
The weather has turned cold and we have had a lot of rain but tomorrow promises sunny skies and a little warmer temps......can't wait.
