We spent a wonderful Thanksgiving week in Borrego Springs (desert east of San Diego) with family including two of our grandchildren who went with us. We hiked, jeeped and had the greatest Turkey dinner with all the trimmings. We even ate on real plates with real napkins right out in the desert. My sister-in-law really knows how to do it! The weather started out windy but turned out absolutely perfect. Palm Canyon-water & palm trees in the desert.
